The Lloydminster Interval Home is currently seeking a dynamic, energetic leader for the position of Executive Director. This individual will guide the growth and development of the Interval Home; which includes a 21 bed emergency shelter, a 5 unit Second Stage Housing complex, 12 community based programs, and 'For the Interval' Store.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership qualities with an extensive background in family violence and the not-for-profit sector. We require an energetic leader committed to representing the Interval Home with a high level of confidence and professionalism. This personable and reliable individual will have extensive knowledge in building and maintaining relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, this individual will be familiar with the fund development process, managing budgets, supervising, and mentoring staff, and be comfortable representing the Interval Home in the community and throughout the region.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have a post-secondary education in a Business Management related field combined with a minimum of 5-years-experience in Human Resource, or Non-Profit Management.
